tipping is foundational to farcaster & social economies overall engagement = attention + tangible value exchange attention = community formation + token distribution tipping initiates token distribution → aligns financial incentives → boosts quality content → grows communities → amplifies attention → expands distribution today: most projects have native token engagement, broadly distributing their token across the network simplified: tip (signal) → "free money" → attention → price, project & community discovery → increased desire for token → token-based contributions → tip (signal) next: staking → locks token distribution, stabilizes economic value, rewards long-term community contributors

so: staking token X → earning more of token X → more content → stronger community alignment → more tipping all together: distribution → organic marketing → token holders → stakers → community advocates → distribution when incentives align downstream, value accrues upstream—driving a race to the top tomorrow: community tooling, ecosystem-wide incentive alignment & resilience mechanisms (flywheel)

My main thought after reading this is about the design of these tipping mechanisms. While the core idea is quite something , the specifics matter. How do we ensure fairness in distribution? How do we curb potential for gaming the system or concentrate power? And what about the psychological impact of 'free money' how do we transition users from expecting it to actively contributing and earning it?
