Two days a week, it’s 26 hours non-stop , full-time dad by day, night job by night. 

But today, I think I found someone to take over. Thanks Jungle 😅

Oops, sorry , I never really stopped working.
I switched to night shifts, I drop them off and pick them up from school every day, and while they’re at school, I sleep.
I’m really lucky in many ways, but it’s true that it makes it harder to move forward in my career.
You really have to find the right balance between work and family

Well yes sometimes I want to quit but honestly I wouldn’t find another place that pays me this good, cuz sometimes I just get home and my son is already sleeping, feel awful honestly

It really comes down to how much time you’re able to give them. I’ve set my career growth aside for a while to be with my family and honestly, it’s the best decision I’ve ever made ☺️
