Founders with international companies and employees, which HR system do you use to take care of payroll and benefits? I like the idea of Deel, but $599/month per FT employee just seems insane.

We use Deel. You can also use Rippling which now provides this. It’s expensive but they take care of compliance etc which is important

Honestly great. We use Rippling for US employees and they have also been great, so I’m assuming their international CS team is good as well.

For sure compliance can be a headache. How’s the CS been?
