The prospect of higher tariffs has intensified concerns about rising inflation in the coming months. Trump’s tariff threats also come amid signs of growing tensions between Washington and Beijing, with China denying it violated the trade agreement and vowing to defend its interests. Given the current geopolitical tensions, it’s best to stay on the sidelines during the session and wait for more clarity from the news. Be sure not to chase highs or sell into weakness and continue trimming into strength.
