It’s so interesting, actually a lot of ancient yogic texts say the same as well. The morning time in yogic texts is called the sattva time of day, this is when the mind is most still and clear, “When Sattva predominates, the mind is calm and clear, allowing wisdom and self-knowledge to surface. The ego, which clouds perception with personal agendas, is less active in a Sattvic mind.”
