Hugs to everyone who has experienced war and is having a visceral reaction to the sound of fireworks, because it’s associated with bombs, drones, and artillery. 🫂 Grateful for noise-cancelling headphones - they’ll help me tonight when the whole city sounds like it’s being blown up.

I’m in LA for the next few months until I go back to Ukraine, so definitely safe, but these 4th of July fireworks are about to trigger some PTSD for sure 🙈🙉
