Today, russia launched a missile attack on the city of Dnipro, striking civilian infrastructure - schools, kindergartens, medical facilities - and a civilian passenger train with over 500 people on board. 16 people were killed and more than 270 injured. While the world is distracted, russia is trying to maximize civilian casualties.
