How does one know if they are in moxie jail can’t claim ? Can’t comment ? What does moxie jail entail ?

Their interactions are not giving out Moxie. We do not control comments - that's on the Farcaster protocol level.

One thing I do not really like about the current Farcaster engagement distribution mechanism of @moxie.eth is that it's basically @warpcast deciding now who get's to earn and who doesn't by saying you should not engage with anyone who doesn't follow you back and to interact only in your current circles. If you decide to do otherwise there's a chance you will be marked as a spammer, I am already marked as a spammer.

When you are a spammer your replies to people that do not follow you will end up in "Show more replies" and they won't trigger any notifications decreasing the chances of getting a reply and thus strongen your accounts position in the Warpcast spam dungeons.

Basically it's in my accounts best interest right now to unfollow those who do not follow me back because when I accidentally have a serious reply to one of their casts it will not be seen, it won't get their engagement. I always thought F4F was annoying and spammy, now it's a means to keep your account safe.

I have a few questions now:
If I follow someone who doesn't follow me, then if I reply to them and they don't respond, then I will go to Moxie jail?
This is impractical because: 
I have $farther allowance and they say you have to appreciate good content and tip them to get scores and if you tip non PBs and underviewed casts more, then your score goes up, so I move around and find those who have little engagement on their casts but they have created a good art or something that I like and I tip them even without following them.
This is a paradox inside a paradox 
What should I do now?
You can't expect the possibility that someone like Jason or even you, yourself to follow me!
Even now that I'm replying to you is in the below cast's conditions, should I be worried?
This is getting too complicated imo
