Two new settings for channel hosts

Manage feeds
- Ability to turn off the Trending feed for your channel

Manage channel passes
- Ability to turn on a channel pass and change the price. You'll need to have channel norms set.

Available on web (not on mobile) by clicking the pencil icon on your channel page.

There will likely be a bunch of complaints this week about "too much financialization of Farcaster" wrt channel passes.

1. It's still an experiment (why they aren't decentralized)

2. You're free to create a channel without a pass, i.e. free

3. We will have a way to gift passes to people for free

What’s the original goal of passes? (Don’t know if you can see this as I am not a power user) 

If the goal is genuine (which I can’t see why it wouldn’t be) then communicate the goal, and all is well. 

At first, it seems sketchy to me.  But I am a user. Not a dev.  This is far from my place.  Just curious.
