does stoicism appeal to you as a woman? 

i often see men posting about it or engaging with it more than women, but have never taken the time (yet) to reflect on why that may be.

It's a way of virtue that can be considered in all daily actions. Know that you must always do what is right.

Big reason why you hear abt it with men is because of folks like Robert Greene and Ryan Holiday, Jocko, etc, that supplement stoicism with hyper masculinity.

Psychology, women are more often considered as carers, more emotional, and less able to adapt to challenges than men.  this view is bogus, but as the stereotypes grows, so do the problems.

That said, the teachings are a great indicator of dealing with life's challenges.

I predict a rise in interest that can build over the next year*.
