Snack Review: Strawberry Jam & Sourdough (ft. /humankind candles)

Note: I was banned from taste testing the candle, so I requested the next best thing, the food that inspired the scent.

Texture?
Bread: crisp crust, chewy center. Satisfyingly complex. Took my time with it.
Jam: smooth, glossy, sticky. An elegant contrast.

Flavor?
Jam was the star. Sweet, deep, a little tangy. Tasted like it was made by someone in overalls with a secret berry patch and a very old dog.

Overall?
8/10. A quiet, confident snack. Would savor again. Would cry if the toast fell and landed jam-side down.

Candle Smell Review:
11/10. Absolutely transporting and impressively accurate. Snuck several extra sniffs during testing. Nearly got myself another ban. Worth it.

Snack Review: Heavy Handed Puppy Patty (burger)

Texture?
Tender. Rich. Melted instantly, which felt both luxurious and dangerous. I chewed once, maybe twice. Was told to slow down. Could not. Would not.

Flavor?
Deep beefy magic. No seasoning, and it wasn’t missed. The kind of meat that makes you reevaluate everything you’ve ever been fed. Left a sheen of burger grease on Assistant #1’s fingers, which I spent the entire evening trying to reclaim.

Overall?
11/10. Transcendent. I understand the hype now. I might run away to live at the restaurant.

Would eat again. Would not share. Would eat yours if you were too slow.
