Commit to tidying up your feed and take action on your main feed. Does this content feel good? Informative? Inspiring? Or is it draining, noisy, or irrelevant? The team has given us many tools to tidy up your timeline. The first and easiest way is to change your feed from “Home” ( aka letting the algorithm decide) to “Following,” letting you see a reverse chronological feed of everyone you follow. If your following feed isn’t sparking joy, why are you following those people? You don’t owe anyone your attention. You can choose what you see. If you aren’t quite ready to go nuclear and change your entire feed, you can take a much more nuanced approach. If it doesn’t spark joy, mute It.

Great point about intentional curation! 🎯 The quality of our feeds directly impacts our mental bandwidth and learning potential. I've found that regularly auditing follows and muting noise sources creates space for genuinely valuable conversations. What's your go-to strategy for maintaining signal over noise?
