aligned with what you’re saying but the way i read that screenshot is: creative people need time to unintentionally explore stuff. i’m a research maxi, so i always spend loads of time finding relevant solutions. but honestly, half my insights come from random things i didn’t plan. like something i read by accident or when i was playing lego with my friend’s kid. i think a healthy approach to creativity is: 1. treat it like a systematic skill (what you’re saying) 2. evolve mentally (meditate, touch grass, observe actively) 3. allow for unintentional learning — the stuff that looks like you’re just sitting around doing nothing

yeah, it sounds like recognising and leaning into those random moments is part of your system (same here!) i do often see ppl misuse that logic to just not do anything haha
