What are the rules for channels again? Only members can post, but anyone can comment?

Channel update: public mode is now live

- Public mode allows non-members to cast in the channel

- Member casts always appear in the channel feed; non-member casts will sometimes appear in the channel feed

- You can always make someone a member of your channel to guarantee they appear in the main feed

- Channel owners have the option to turn on / off public mode

/farcaster and /warpcast are now in public mode

Channel host can choose for anyone (member or not) to post.
