Watching The Godfather for the first time.

I just got home, and apparently if I have any hope of sleeping before midnight, I need to start this movie *right now*. Pardon my rudeness if I’m leaving any notifications hanging.

I have a friend who, for the last two years, has asked me every single time we meet if I’ve seen it. Tonight, I’m finally ending the bit and live casting here as proof of watch.

I read The Godfather for the first time in secondary school and went on to read all Mario Puzo's books that I could find 😅

I haven't watched the movie because I'm scared it won't do the novel justice.

Writer. Lover of stories, fashion and music.

There are some lines in the movie that left me hanging (like, they refer to Michael going to an Ivy League school but never saying which one - had to look it up). There must be so much more detail like this in the books.

Still, I think you'll love it :)
