Thanks to @sofi888 and @camilags and @awedjob just started today! I think won’t be every single day, but will aim for every second day combined with swimming and in the morning. Running really feels good, I had no idea, so this is what it is all about. Is there a /running channel I can post. I think keeping this all online helps with being consistent
