IMO farcaster should do a full reset of the engagement "power" for all accounts. The fact that one like from an OG account is worth much more than dozens of likes from "regular" users is just wrong. True trends can't exist this way (especially with how some of those OGs barely engage/reply to others)

I think it's time for Farcaster to seriously rethink how engagement "weight" works.

When one like from an OG account counts more than dozens from active users, it just doesn’t feel right.
As a result, real trends don’t emerge, new creators get lost, and the leaderboard rarely changes — it's mostly the same people over and over again.

The irony is that many of these OG accounts barely engage with others. while those who actually fuel the community, support others, comment, create vibes — get the minimum.

This needs to change.
Likes should be valued not by status, but by real activity.
