Excited this channel exists now! To start off, what routines/habits do you have that most help you with your wellness/mental health? For me, I make sure to take at least a 10 minute walk outside every day, no matter how chaotic things get. Noticed it's made a huge improvement

Walking is a huge one for me too. Taking the dog out and exploring nature helps reset

Walking is so underrated. One of the things I love about travel is how much I end up walking. At home, I have to go for a hike at least once a week.
