Made a batch of Tiki Negroni as a gift

1 part banana infused sweet vermouth
1 part coconut infused campari 
1 part pineapple infused rum 

Served over ice with a sprinkle of fresh nutmeg and toasted coconut flakes

I used a different brand of vermouth and I infused a mix of Plantation 12 and Appleton Estate Signature with fresh pineapple instead of using the Plantation Pineapple. Also used a bit less coconut with the Campari, so it could still shine through and not be overpowered.

A bit sweet for my taste, but I think its going to be a hit
