Expectations lead to disappointment,

So only give what your heart can afford to lose.
If it’s more than that, say no—with kindness, but with firmness.

But here’s a truth we often overlook:
People rarely ask for all they truly need.
They may say $100,
but need far more than they can admit.

So sometimes, think this way—
“If they ask for $100, give them $1,000.”

You didn’t lose money.
You gained a chance to see who they really are.
And that shift in perspective—
might just shape you into someone deeper and wiser.

The only point I want to deliberate on is the fact that Expectations leads to disappointment.... 

Now whats the diff. Between Expectation and hope?
