Anti-rug = Anti-hype? Love it.

I really like that Arrow doesn’t rely on big reputations or Twitter/X clout. 

You can show up with a solid idea, a good plan, and actually get support. 

That’s huge, especially for new builders.

It's rare to find, have only seen @base doing this for now.

Time-based funding = trust + momentum.


The mockup that unlocks funds based on progress? Naaate that's Super smart.

But let me suggest that it Would be cool if we had:

> A little progress tracker for each project. 

> Public milestones you can tick off. 

> Maybe even a way for the community to gently check in if things go quiet.

Now talking about Weekly ETH rewards are a great nudge.

That 0.011 ETH for updates? It’s simple but motivating.


Here are Some ideas to make it even better:

> Let people “boost” good updates (so they stand out more)

> Stackable rewards if someone shows up 3-4 weeks in a row

> Tie these updates into your mint somehow, so backers see you’re active

Even I haven't created mints yet but u applause @greggy  for his works

The fact that you Starting with a small crew is smart.

Keeping the /arrow  group small (for now) makes total sense. 
High signal, less noise.

But let’s make sure our work is visible, maybe:

> Quick bios/cards for each creator

> Twitter/Farcaster chats where they share progress

> Feature their projects on the dashboard as examples... (If possible) 
To make it easier for backers to locate.

About the app: make it remixable.

I’d love to see the Arrow mini-app be something other creators can remix or build on.

Like: plug in your own update system, or connect it to another community.
Make it modular from the start, it will be a great help...

 Later on: let builders help guide Arrow.

When the first wave of projects launch + deliver, letting them help pick the next round is perfect.

But maybe folks who consistently show up and build, even before a launch, could help guide things too?

What I’m Building for Farcaster Spring,
@knowempire 

A few months ago, I had a wild idea:

> “What if people could trade what they know for what they want to learn — no courses, no gatekeeping, just skill-for-skill with real humans?”


That idea became @knowempire , a peer-to-peer skill trading platform where you teach someone what you know, and they teach you what they know. Simple. Human. Powerful.

Let me help you understand better:

You’re good at graphic design, but you want to learn how to code.

Instead of watching endless YouTube videos or paying for courses you’ll probably never finish, you post:

🧠 "I can teach basic design principles"
🔍 "I want to learn front-end dev"

Another user sees it and says:

> “Hey! I can help you with coding. I’ve been wanting to improve my design skills too.”


Boom! you match, exchange skills, and both grow.

No money. Just mutual value.

We have started building... 
Web design Phase, tho transiting to mini app soon.

My Final thought:

Arrow feels like a place for serious creatives, not just talkers. 

A place where showing up, shipping, and sharing progress actually means something, Naaate has proved it over and over again. 

So... 

I’m here for it.

Finally The big idea? Trust through building in public.

That’s what really sticks with me. 

Arrow’s not just about crowdfunding. It’s about earning belief over time, by showing your work.

That's why I have been building silently buy right now I'm bringing it to arrow with all my team members.
