Anti-rug = Anti-hype? Love it.
I really like that Arrow doesn’t rely on big reputations or Twitter/X clout.
You can show up with a solid idea, a good plan, and actually get support.
That’s huge, especially for new builders.
It's rare to find, have only seen @base.base.eth doing this for now.
