Don’t sell yourself short. Since the design debt was already in place when this bill was created it doesn’t count towards the future deficit or towards the total cost of the bill. So, the $60k required to fix the typography disaster is actually disappeared money. Instead we can add $120k in design pork and ultimately you’ll get the full $180k. 

At least that’s how it sounds like it works.
