There are lots of examples of fixed-fee architecture/interior design packages out there. From what i can tell, they don’t look compelling at all. But…I don’t think they acurately reflect the desire for such a product. The key to providing a valuable product in this potential new market is finding the smallest possible intervention that will actually transform a person’s experience with their house/apartment/space. Something repeatable, refineable, and a reliable.
