We launched Arrows.art at the start of April with a pay-to-play model. The game attracted fewer than 400 players but generated over $10K. While the game was fun for committed players, its high entry costs limited growth. People still play though, here are the stats from the past month.

Applying insights from Arrows and @limone.eth's guide on viral mini apps, we redesigned our strategy to launch Warps. We introduced a free-to-play model and used an agent to onboard new players. Within just one month, Warps attracted over 5K players.
