Web2 apps make up a big part of our digital identities, so I understand the desire to include that. But it lacks the composability of web3 data. That’s the unlock IMO. And the thesis of my own project.

Projects that use Decentralized Identifiers and Verifiable Credentials are probably further ahead than most I worked on Orange Protocol which allows for binding web2 social IDs and integrate social data to create reputation proofs using VCs I’m now taking that data piece further with a new project
