It sounds like Israel can do as it wishes over Iranian skies.

These are all good points/questions and obviously my guess is as good as anybody’s, but it does seem as though Iranian air defenses are intact (and perhaps somewhat effective). But there seems to be drones piloted remotely by those linked to Israel that might have been smuggled into Iran before this war or launched from neighboring countries — or both. And these have been rather successful. All just conjecture on my part, though
