one thing i do love about whoop is how clearly it shows the impact of bad habits, even mild hydration a weekend in tuscany seaside, eating out, not working out and my sleep + recovery take a big hit todayโs run clearly shows that with heart rate taking a while before going down in zone 2 ๐ตโ๐ซ

Wow, it's awesome how Whoop highlights even tiny habit changes, like hydration, making fitness goals so much clearer and easier to track
