Wanna hear the sad but hardcore truth..?

Farcaster is extremely descriminating.

Why would someone’s interactions be more important than other’s..?

I will not go so far to call it racism, but is not that different:

“Some accounts matter more than others” and not according to your skin color but to when you joined or who you’re friend’s with..

To me, this is discrimination.🤷🏼‍♂️

Especially considering the fact that most of us has spent more time and energy on this app than many OGs

Or considering the fact that is a thing that can be taken advantage of and exploit it

Extremely disrespectful. 

And im very sad to say this cause you know how much i love this place..

But this shit’s gotta change.

IS IT BECAUSE IT IS BARELY DECENTRALIZED and run by groupthink LA trump supporters???????

I think products built in teams will always have bias because a small group of individuals can never be reflecting the needs and wants of the whole user-base. 

DWR has always stated that FC is "sufficiently" decentralized, meaning it was never kept as a secret or hidden. Yet it is a young platform and algorithmic experimentation is not something that I deem an easy process from a non-dev view.

I wonder though what could be a more leveling process to figure out how the algo should be designed in a way that makes sense for a broader user base cause I am suffering under the same problem, discoverability is very low on FC.

Info+ --> I recently started enjoying an audiobook called "The Ideological Brain" it opened my eyes towards the group of people you call Trump Supporters as they are part of a wider phenomenon it seems. Highly recommend if you have some free brainspace to invest in it.
