This week will be a huge week for the intersection of policy and crypto. While most of the attention lately has been on the GENIUS Act, two other bills will also be considered during "crypto week." Altogether these bills will likely form a sizable portion of the foundation for the crypto landscape in the USA, and to an extent globally, going forward. I would say that the GENIUS Act has a chance to be passed this week, but the CLARITY Act and Anti-CBDC Surveillance State Act are probably still a ways off. https://cointelegraph.com/news/crypto-week-will-three-pro-crypto-bills-pass

Are we worried about the ability for anyone to make coins? I mean I know it happens here but like gambling is gambling is gambling. Right??? Right???

Honestly I don’t trust any state rn to regulate us fairly/equitably so let’s just roll with the legalized crime for now but like be the based well self regulated version of tokens that isn’t gambling. More just noice wealth redistribution

GL🫡genuinely hoping for the best with that but im just too nihilist/pessimistic toward reformation. I’ll be attacking the opposite flank from you with my prefigurative revolutionary regenerative communes that help us exit our current states/corp systems to create new ones amongst ourselves.
