I have gained some weight since becoming a dad and want to get back into running and lifting once the nanny starts. Any tips on good running shoes for a flatfooted man? Or any good weight routines?

Are you open to other workouts? SoulCycle and Pilates (specifically gyrotonic, but it’s a bit culty) are killer for me. I also love my Hokas and Ons shoes, and of those brands I think I prefer my hokas. Also, drinking a full glass of water in the morning helps reset my metabolism (I’ve lost ~30 lbs in the last year or so) I also use ozempic on occasion full disclosure

Took me a few months to get used to it / adjust my diet but I now really enjoy it. It calms my brain down a lot, so I don’t think about food (and drinking, weirdly) as much
