Imperialism runs deep. They can’t say the quiet part loud, that Israel is the West’s scrutiny free tool for expansion into the Middle East and Africa, so they pretend to be outraged to retain moral high ground. The reason nothing has stopped is because Israel isn’t doing something unplanned or outside of its mandate. It’s doing exactly what Europe, the US, and, sadly, Canada want it to do.
