when interviewing you always have two options: 1. answer honestly 2. tell the company what they want to hear (e.g. "i have no hobbies I just love shipping, i work 24/7") reading Soham's story it's clear that option 2 leads to a lot more success

I’ve almost never been 100% honest in an interview in my life. Now I spend my days interviewing candidates and I don’t expect honesty from them for the most part. I’ll take a candidate that understands what the best answer is vs. one who tells me they left their last job because of “drama and being looked over for promotions” anyday. I don’t care if they give a 💩 about the company. I want someone who doesn’t need to be shown appropriate workplace behavior.
