Mercedes-Benz, widely known as Benz, began in 1886 when Karl Benz built the worldās first gasoline-powered car, the Benz Patent-Motorwagen. Around the same time, Gottlieb Daimler and Wilhelm Maybach were creating advanced engines under Daimler-Motoren-Gesellschaft (DMG). In 1901, one of their cars was named Mercedes, after the daughter of investor Emil Jellinek, and the name stuck.
In 1926, Benzās company merged with DMG to form Mercedes-Benz, adopting the iconic three-pointed star that symbolized dominance on land, sea, and air. Over the years, Benz became a global symbol of luxury, innovation, and safety, introducing features like airbags, ABS, and crumple zones.

@base.base.eth is the ETH bridged onto Base, Coinbaseās Layer 2 network built on Ethereum using Optimismās OP Stack.
Base launched: August 2023.
Purpose: Make Ethereum faster and cheaper while staying secure.
Base ETH: Not a new token, itās regular ETH used on Base for gas and transactions.
Bridge process: You lock ETH on Ethereum ā”ļø get equivalent ETH on Base ā”ļø can bridge it back anytime.
In short: Base = Coinbaseās Ethereum L2, and Base ETH = ETH used on that network.
