there was more experimentation from DAOs w/ frames last year than w/ mini apps this year (e.g.: @botto, @vocdoni, @nouns prop house, @orangedao app). is this due to DAOs falling off a bit? or due to a frustrating frames experience that discouraged them from mini apps? something else? would love opinions (+ intros!)

3. Use case clarity isn’t there yet.** It’s still early, and many DAOs haven’t figured out what mini apps are *for*. Voting? Contribution flow? Treasury mgmt? Until clearer “killer” use cases emerge, the incentive to build isn’t strong. 4. Distribution is still Farcaster-native. If your DAO isn’t Farcaster-heavy, mini apps may feel like building for a small (and dev-centric) crowd. That makes buy-in harder, especially when most DAO ops still happen on Discord/Snapshot.
