Can we all agree that gender and appearance have zero impact on the performance of our respective roles?

I’d like to ditch the suit costumes and the bizarre lingering expectation that women also need perfect makeup.

Yes but I believe we get to decide as a society. People should be able turn up in whatever feels best for them rather than something uncomfortable that displays how they want or need to be perceived versus a true expression of themselves.

We are getting there,i believe.
