working on my fitness goal of pistol squat first time really trying them. got 3ish on with my left leg out. could sorta get one on my right, but form was really bad. (and no was not leaning on the wall just looks like it lol)

Been meaning to learn them, just haven't figured out how to progress to them.. Unilateral movements are really helpful in addressing and fixing imbalances as well, so that's another reason to do these.
