The best place to visit in the region is a farm called PĆ© do Morro. You have to book in advance because they got featured on TV and suddenly they are a big hit! You go there for breakfast. Pick up some fresh cheese, bread, jam, and coffee and have a picnic out in the grass. It is so pleasant! šŸ®. š—Ŗš—µš—®š˜ š—³š—¼š—¼š—±/š—±š—暝—¶š—»š—ø š˜„š—¼š˜‚š—¹š—± š˜†š—¼š˜‚ š—暝—²š—°š—¼š—ŗš—ŗš—²š—»š—± š˜š—µš—®š˜ š—œ š˜€š—µš—¼š˜‚š—¹š—±š—»ā€™š˜ š—ŗš—¶š˜€š˜€ š—±š˜‚š—暝—¶š—»š—“ š—ŗš˜† š˜ƒš—¶š˜€š—¶š˜? My favorite local food is "pĆ£o de queijo" - a yucca flower cheesy bread. Classic Brazilian snack, and you can find it pretty much anywhere. And for the sweet tooth, you must try "brigadeiro" - it is like a small chocolate truffle. To drink, of course: coffee. We do have very good coffee here, but if you are looking for an adult beverage, go with "caipirinha". šŸÆ. š—Ŗš—µš—®š˜ š—³š˜‚š—»š—»š˜† š—®š—»š—²š—°š—±š—¼š˜š—² š˜„š—¼š˜‚š—¹š—± š˜†š—¼š˜‚ š˜š—²š—¹š—¹ š—ŗš—² š˜„š—µš—¶š—¹š—² š˜„š—² š—²š—»š—·š—¼š˜† š˜š—µš—¶š˜€ š˜‚š—»š—¶š—¾š˜‚š—² š—²š—»š—°š—¼š˜‚š—»š˜š—²š—æ? I would tell you some funny family stories. Like, for instance, it was one of my great uncles who invented the "jogo do bicho" - currently illegal like most chance games here - but he created it as a fundraiser to save the Rio de Janeiro zoo at the time. šŸ°. š—Ŗš—µš—¶š—°š—µ š—™š—– š—³š—暝—¶š—²š—»š—± š˜„š—¼š˜‚š—¹š—± š˜†š—¼š˜‚ š—暝—²š—°š—¼š—ŗš—ŗš—²š—»š—± š—œ š˜ƒš—¶š˜€š—¶š˜ š—±š˜‚š—暝—¶š—»š—“ š—ŗš˜† š˜š—暝—¶š—½ š—®š—暝—¼š˜‚š—»š—± š˜š—µš—² š˜„š—¼š—暝—¹š—±? I have so many FC friends around the world! It is very hard to choose. My dear @fercaggiano. Thanks for this šŸ™. I am completely sure we could speak for hours, anything, of music, photography, art, Buddhism, geography, etc, etc, etc. He was always so pleasant to interact with you. And of course I imagine hitting your door. Did you know that the "PĆ£o de Queijo" is my favorite from Brazil? That and craft beer. The Brigadeiro I have not tried it, but I have some rich wafers at home, haha ā€‹ā€‹šŸ˜¬. I would love to know more about the jogo do bicho, perhaps we could implement it in FC and raise money for good uses 😜! I will try to visit the Queen of the Matcha, it will not be easy to find her, but I will try. I may have to train a little for doubts, but I'm old @afrochicks. Thanks for this beautiful image you gave me for my album, I hope to repeat this imaginary visit, but in person the next time!

As always, it is a pleasure to chat with you! And now that I am back in Brazil, we are not allllll that far. Who knows? We could actually organize something to meet in person. Brigadeiro is super easy to make! The hard part is to roll them in little balls, but homemade is usually served in a spoon, anyway. Ingredients: condensed milk and chocolate powder. Add a spoon of butter to help it not stick to the pan. Pour the condensed milk and chocolate powder (the amount is up to each other's taste) and mix in low heat until it hardens enough that you see the bottom of the pan - take it out, let it sit until it cools. It gets a little harder after it is cool so don't wait until it is too hard. Eat with a spoon or make little balls to serve. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Brigadeiro
