My transition happened organically,started with leading small projects, then got promoted to a management role after proving my impact. No direct apply, just grew into it. How do you see your path evolving?

That's a great way to get into it. A few years ago, I naturally started managing the releases for the company I was working for. However, that wasn't directly managing a team. I found that there is a limit on the impact one can give as a developer, and I've started working on core management skills.
