charging an hourly rate for my niche skills has been the biggest hack for me over the last 2 years. It let me work 10-20% of the time and spend the rest travelling, building projects, reading dozens of books, learning a language and picking up many hobbies.

Creating your initial clients, I know most people use ex-coworkers at previous places worked but I'm curious on your path.

I posted publicly that I am looking for opportunities, and then I had some people reach out to me both on Farcaster and LinkedIn. This was after shipping a bunch of Farcaster-native projects, which was I guess a sort of advertisement for my skills.
