My take on it: Work and life are not two opposing forces we need to “balance.” They’re both part of life. It’s more meaningful to ask: “Am I balancing work and play within my life?” As for me, I’m trying But I wouldn’t claim I’ve nailed the balance I work 24-hour shifts, then have 24 hours to rest. That time has to cover sleep, meals, socializing with friends—and hopefully once a week: a café visit, a dinner out, theater, cinema, or a walk in nature. Every few months, maybe a short trip Once a year, something longer I know these are simple pleasures but maybe that’s the point To truly feel life in each moment, whether you're deep in your work or lost in your joy

You are right, but the energy left over from working long hours sometimes doesn't allow me to enjoy life to the fullest. Some nights I don't feel like sleeping because I only have 3-4 hours of it to live the way I want, other than working.
