In my attempt to go 10 reps with 120kg (122.8kg here), i have once again failed. Advice? Thoughts? Opinion? Would love to hear. Nothing can fully prepare the mind for failure. Nobody likes to fail, itās draining, both physically and mentally. Even heard someone say āitās too heavy for himā in the background šŖ I didnāt talk all through after this, just completed my routine and moved on, just another day huh. But i remember, there was once a time where i couldnāt go 10 reps with 100kg, and now i can go 15 reps clean, maybe i did something wrong? Maybe i was meant to fail this time so i can think back? (These were the many thoughts going through my mind) I will try again on Monday. Lightweight baby!!!

I like a wider grip for more on chest less on front delta. Also 10 reps is a lot for new weights, look up 5x5 and strong lifts (12 week programme)that is how i always made gains

And BTW can almost guarantee whoever made the stupid comment about weight too heavy, probably never lifted a personal best in years
