Kurt Vonnegut has this quote saying that the purpose of human life is to love the people around you, so that you can be loved in return. But I wanna say, there are times when you might love the people in your life, but their response to you might not be love. That’s when you have to do the hardest thing in life: love without expecting anything back from others. It’s really tough, but well—real life is really tough!
