GM! We've been having trouble with our hypersub group chat -- it keeps kicking people out when doing the nft checker so I turned off that function but it is still token gated to those holding our hypersub token. So I added everyone back in that I could if I had your FC name. I may have missed some so please rejoin here. @nounishprof — Can you share the specific Hypersub contract you are using for this? Anyone with an active sub should be part of the group chat. If people are being kicked out — likely they are no longer a member. (Possible there is a bug here of course)

There’s definitely a bug lol it dropped EVERYONE yesterday and it’s been kicking random people out before this. Here is why this occurred. We use Neynar Hypersub API to check the status of a subscription. It seems like we got a status of inactive for the owners of this NFT. I can see that for instance for https://opensea.io/item/base/0xb8eb4a7698dd63bc48f7f37b7022ff58685c5abc/51 NFT there is an NFT ownership. But the API returns a status of inactive. I am not super clear how Hypersub is supposed to work so possible maybe we are doing something wrong here? Is there a easy way for me to double check and confirm active memberships on a Hypersub? @nonlinear.eth

yep https://docs.withfabric.xyz/hypersub/tips#verify-balance tl;dr: paste member address into balanceOf field on contract. will return remaining time in seconds. here you can see i have ~987,886 seconds remaining (about a week and a half) gmfarcaster contract here: https://basescan.org/address/0xb8eb4a7698dd63bc48f7f37b7022ff58685c5abc#readContract
