whats your top advice on improving mental game? what do you do to perform at your best, no matter the circumstance?

for me its repetition + visualisation doing things correctly so many times that it just becomes muscle memory then outside factors affect things less and less so i don’t feel nervous also i know under pressure that i raise my game, i also have done a bunch of sports psychology!
