That said, I'd be remiss in not bringing up the fact that being a founder is a choice. Taking time for your family is a choice. Taking time for yourself is a choice.

Being a founder is a strange privilege.  It's worth remembering that the cost of taking control of your future is having to manage everything.  

Nothing is happening TO you, we make these choices.  Own them, share them, then stop feeling guilty.
