Agree on building, what benefits do you think exist today for building in stealth or are they the same as they were before.

I used to think that building in stealth did most harm than help for most startups, but in this agentic AI time, I am starting to think it might make sense to make sure you're ready to run and iterate.

I think that's a good model as well.  My last startup, we did a lot of public town halls and iterations with customers once we were live and it helped quite a bit.

think the pendulum is definitely swinging back. building in public definitely had its moment, but it became very performative.
