if the goal was to put crypto on legacy rails then yeah shittard cards or whatever. 
the goal here is to replace the payment rails. and the UX is 10x worse.

Have you tried those cards like gnosis pay? I use the moonwell and fuse wallet ones and those are pretty seamless with Apple Pay.
