It’s amazing how some people can fall asleep so fast while I lie for hours going through different scenarios in my head of how I could’ve won an argument with someone but was too lazy to actually talk and argue 😂

How do you shut the noise when meditating? I used an app before called Calm where there are meditating sounds where you have to follow someone and do what they say, but it doesn’t completely take out the noise.

i cant believe ive become one of those people but...try to meditate for a few minutes. it's been the fastest hack (for me) to fall asleep.
