practice noticing you're angry (if you dont notice at the time, reflect afterwards on the signs -as obvious as they may seem) if you notice, ask yourself these 4 questions (if not, reflect on them afterwards) 1. what am i scared of? 2. what am i embaressed of? 3. what are my expectations? 4. what do i need right now?
